§ 01 ── ABOUT

We exist because organizational reasoning
lives in fragmented artifacts.

Companies generate the artifacts of every decision: Slack messages, tickets, PRs, docs, call transcripts. The data exists. The closed-loop reasoning over it doesn't. We encode that loop as substrate.

§ 02 ── WHY WE EXIST

AI-native companies compound. AI-bolt-on companies decay.

The companies that will outperform over the next decade share a feature: they will treat institutional reasoning as infrastructure, not as folklore. They will close the loop between intent and execution in hours, not retros. They will preserve methodology across personnel transitions and model upgrades. They will treat audit and governance as architectural disciplines, not bolt-ons.

But the substrate that makes this possible doesn't exist as a product today. Building it requires brutal integration work, custom glue code, and architectural disciplines that most teams don't know to encode. We build the substrate. It's the operating system AI-native companies are about to discover they need.

§ 03 ── FRAMEWORK PROVENANCE

Universal Agentic Substrate Framework. Validated first L1. Now derived for companies.

The Queryable Company is the second L1 derivation from the Universal Agentic Substrate Framework. The framework is a meta-framework: 5 disciplines, 4-tier authority structure, audit chain doctrine, L8 floor mechanism, κ ≥ 0.85 verification floor, D7 §12 verification protocol — designed to apply across domains. The framework is open methodology (L0).

FIG.01 — TWO L1 DERIVATIONS FROM ONE L0 DOCTRINE

01

THE FRAMEWORK

(PUBLISHED)

The Universal Agentic Substrate Framework is the L0 doctrine. Open. Published. Derived from first-principles substrate architecture. Available for inspection at Phase 0 (PDF, slide deck, full doctrine documents).

02

FIRST L1

(FUND AI OS)

The framework was first validated in the VC fund domain — Fund AI OS, the substrate for specialist VC funds. Deployed with a first customer in a high-stakes investment-decision domain. Validated at Phase 1 KPI gate. Phase 2 operational.

03

SECOND L1

(THE QUERYABLE COMPANY)

The Queryable Company is the second L1 derivation — applying the same L0 doctrine to the company domain. Three stage sub-frameworks (Seed-A, Series B/C, Series D+) within one L1. Operator experience from the first L1 informs the second L1's calibration.

Two L1 derivations. One L0 doctrine. The framework travels.

§ ── PROVENANCE

One L0. N derivations.

  1. L0

    2024

    Universal Agentic Substrate Framework

    Operator's L0 doctrine — audit chain, L8 floors, κ ≥ 0.85, D7 §12 verification. Domain-agnostic.

  2. L1.a

    2025

    Fund AI OS

First L1 derivation — specialist VC funds. Deal flow, IC discipline, portfolio governance.

  3. L1.b

    2026

    The Queryable Company

    Second L1 derivation — AI-native companies. Three stage sub-frameworks. Same L0.

  4. L1.c

    2026+

    Additional L1s

L0 is universal. Future L1s addressable when surface demand qualifies.

§ 04 ── SIBLING TO FUND AI OS

Same operator. Same substrate aesthetic. Different L1 derivation. Different audience.

Fund AI OS (fund-ai-os.com) is the first L1 derivation — the Fund AI OS substrate for specialist VC funds. Operated by the same team. Same L0 doctrine. Same audit chain, L8 floors, κ verification, D7 §12 protocol. Same substrate-grade engagement discipline.

What's different at the surface: the L1 framework, the audience (funds vs companies), the wedge (specialist VC funds for Leverage; Seed-Series A AI-native startups for Queryable.Company). Sibling visual unity preserved (same fonts, colors, signal, footer line). Sibling product. One operator. Two products.

§ 05 ── WHO WE WORK WITH

Not every company is a fit.

WE WORK WITH

  • AI-native companies of any stage (Seed-A through D+)
  • 5–2000 employees
  • Already on Slack + Linear/Jira + GitHub + Notion (or equivalents)
  • Companies that treat audit and governance as architectural concerns
  • Companies that recognize substrate-grade vs marketing-grade
  • Companies where founder/leadership methodology matters

WE DON'T WORK WITH

  • Companies that want a copilot/dashboard (different product class)
  • Companies that won't engage Phase 0 (the substrate fit requires methodology workshop · not negotiable)
  • Companies that won't share permission-bounded access to their stack
  • Companies where the engagement would require us to violate L8 floors (we will NO-GO at Phase 0)
  • Companies above 2000 employees (substrate scope expands beyond current L1 framework; conversation required)

§ 06 ── THE TEAM

The Queryable.Company team is small and senior. We don't scale by adding junior engineers. We scale by encoding methodology — ours and yours — into reusable substrate (L1 frameworks) so each engagement gets faster, deeper, and more defensible than the last.

The operator's identity, technical background, prior validated work (Fund AI OS · The Universal Agentic Substrate Framework), and engagement history become available at Phase 0. References from validated customers provide additional verification at Phase 0.

Anonymity at the surface. Substance at the conversation. By design.

[ PLACEHOLDER · founder photo + bio at /about/founder · accessible only after Phase 0 conversation OR via direct request from prospective customers ]

§ 07 ── BUILT ON ITS OWN SUBSTRATE

Built on its own substrate.

── I15 SUBSTRATE-MIRRORING

Every public claim we make about substrate-grade discipline is one we live. Our own operations run under our own audit chain. Our own decisions trigger our own L8-Enforcer. Our own substrate has been D7 §12 inspected and passes. The substrate has no outside. Verifiable at Phase 0 step 1 of D7 §12 protocol.
