FIRST CALL
30–45 minutes. Discovery on your end (company, stack, operational reality, current pain). Discovery on our end (whether the substrate fits, whether we're the right team).
DECISION
By the end of the first call we usually know whether to schedule Phase 0 conversation. If not, we tell you directly and refer you elsewhere — we maintain a list of adjacent tools that might fit better.
